Villa “Le Agavi”, measuring about 400 sq.m. with a large surrounding garden (5000 sq.m.) which is completely fenced, more than 60 sq.m. of arcades and a marvellous perimeter-overflow pool (m16x6) is situated on the hills of Scarlino (GR), 7km away from the sea, with a very beautiful panoramic view over the gulf of Follonica.
The villa spreads over two levels, but due to the fact that it has been built on a slight slope and to the conformation of the ground, it is as if it had two ground floors.
·On the ground floor, you shall find a spacious and well-appointed reception room with a fireplace and a dining area, a dinette kitchen with a French door, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a window, a guest-room, an access area to bathroom and a second bathroom.
·On the first floor, which can be reached both through an internal wooden winding staircase and from the outside garden, you can find an entrance with a spacious veranda, 3 rooms, one of which with a French door and a bathroom with shower and window.
Continuing to climb the spiral staircase you reach a loft (open-space) with a sofŕ-bed for n.2 persons, air conditioning and a bathroom with tub.
The swimming pool, whose water level goes in degrading way from 0 to 2,30m, was built with reinforced concrete also as an endless pool.
On one side of the pool, where the water reaches the highest depth, there is a springboard for diving.
The pool also has night lights, both on the inside with halogen lights and on the outside with terracotta Pandora lights.

The solarium, fitted with sunbeds with wheels, so that they can be easily moved around, has a shady area with a wooden roofing and shower with hot water supplied by a solar panel. For more privacy, the swimming pool area is surrounded, on its three sides, by a beautiful finished stone wall and a very characteristic arch at the entrance.
