Surrounded by trees (Kastanie), meadows, fields and Olivenhainen, it is ideal for families and friends that love to enjoy beautiful holidays. The comfortably of the house, offers place for six persons. The medieval small town Massa Marittima, Siena, the beach and Florence can be reached in a daily trip. The house has four rooms, which are comfortably furnished with ancient furniture, and extends over two floors. Ground floor: Entrance over the terrace into a great drawing-room with a large table and e big fire-place, a dining corner, colour television with satellite, and a beautiful kitchen(gas cooker, mini baking-oven, refrigerator, filter coffee machine). Bath with shower and Bidet. A Wood stair will carry you on the upper floor, where are two bedrooms (a bedroom with double bed + cradle; a bedroom with 2 single beds) and a big bath with shower. Mosquito net on the windows. Floor with typical toskanischen Cotto and timber beam floor. Outside: Private big garden with trees, garden furniture (table, chairs, beach chairs), grill, wood furnace, covered parking . The house is in the "borgho" Campitello 1.5 km below Boccheggiano(644 m) a small industry village whit a market , bar/restaurant/Pizzeria and a Locanda (small pretty restaurant), 15 km from Massa Marittima, 48 km from Siena and 70 km from Florence. Boccheggiano is the place for all, for the relax and for that love an intact nature. (bicycle rental business 9 km). The beaches of Follonica (35 Km), Punta Ala (50Km )and Castiglione della Pescaia(50Km) can be attained in 30/50 minutes. The monastery ruin San Galgano (14 km), medieval castles of Roccatederighi, Tatti, Prata (15 Km) and archaeological cities Roselle, Vetulonia (40 Km).
How to get to us :
A12Genova-Rosignano provenendo da NORD. Si imbocca la SS1 Aurelia direzione Roma, uscita Follonica EST si prende per direzione Siena, si supera la città di Massa Marittima e circa 7 km dopo il paese di Prata si segue il bivio per Boccheggiano, dopo circa 1.5 km svoltare a destra per "Campitello" dove dopo 200 mt troverete CASA DANIELA.
