The house is surrounded by greenery and only 4 km from the beautiful medieval village of Massa Marittima (about 380 m above sea level.). Is about 20 km from the beautiful beaches of Torre Mozza and Carboniferous, and even less from Follonica.

The house has a property of 3 hectares, consisting of forest, meadow, trees and olive trees and Mediterranean shrubs. It has a private swimming pool. There is also a play area for children with swings, table tennis and a small pond of goldfish.

The house is adjacent to another small property where sometimes in the month of August, are the owners.
